云南对东盟知识产权贸易问题与对策研究

Research on Yunnan Province's Intellectual Property Trade to ASEAN

云南作为我国面向西南开放的重要桥头堡,正积极参与国际经济合作。鼓励和引导企业拓展东盟市场和开展经济、技术合作对云南省的对外开放战略意义重大。本文围绕云南省若干优势产业,以部分企业为例,重点对云南省企业运用知识产权拓展对东盟贸易的技术基础、现状、存在的问题以及前景等进行分析,研究提出云南企业对东盟开展知识产权贸易的对策措施,从而进一步扩大云南省企业对东盟的知识产权出口,提升云南区域竞争力和影响力。

Yunnan Province, an important gateway for the openness to the southwest of China, has actively participated in the international economic cooperation. It is important to encourage and support all kinds of qual- ified corporations to go out and invest overseas and develop foreign economic and technological cooperation. Taking some local enterprises as cases, this article makes a research on the technology foundation, situation, problem and prospect of intellectual property trade between Yunnan and ASEAN based on Yunnan industrial ad- vantages over ASEAN countries. The corresponding countermeasures are worked out to improve the local enter- prises＇ abilities to export intellectual property to ASEAN, and thus promote the regional competition and influ- ence of Yunnan Province.
