摘要
2001年广西桂林茶叶科学研究所引种了由福建省茶叶科学研究所科技人员选育出的国家级乌龙茶优良品种金观音,经过几年来对该品种在桂北地区的适应性、制茶品质、产量、成活率等植物性状和主要的经济性状的种植观察和采摘加工试验,表明:金观音在桂北地区生长情况良好,产量高,制乌龙茶制优率高,品质好;制红茶外形黑褐油润,甜香高且带花香,是一适应性强、产量高、适制性广的优良茶树品种。
In 2001 ,a top-quality variety oolong tea--Jinguanyin from Fujian was naturalized by the in- stitute. After several years＇ planting investigation and processing test of adaptability, tea quality, yield and survive rate in northern Guangxi, the results show that Jinguanyin has the features of good growth, high yield, high top-quality rate in processing, nice looking in black tea product and strong flower aro- ma in this area, so that it is a fine quality variety with strong adaptability,high yield and good process- ing character.
