试论广西发展低碳农业的战略选择

Discussion on strategically selection of low-carbon agriculture development in Guangxi

从发展低碳经济和低碳农业的战略高度,比较全面地阐述低碳农业的内涵、产业及发展低碳农业的意义。文章注重联系广西农业发展的实际,有针对性地提出了广西发展低碳农业的战略措施,即必须加快构建和形成低碳农业发展的战略规划;必须大力鼓励和支持进行低碳农业技术的研发、示范、推广和应用;必须加快低碳农业产业的发展;必须制定促进低碳农业发展的优惠政策和必须科学引导和倡导低碳化消费。上述措施的提出,对当前和今后一个时期引导广西发展低碳农业,具有十分重要的现实意义和战略意义。

Based on the strategic development of low-carbon economy and low-carlaon agriculture, this paper has discussed comprehensively the intension, industry and significance of low-carbon agriculture development. Linked with actual situation in Guangxi, the paper also puts forward strategic measures in low-carbon agriculture development such as strategic planning, encourages on tecl^nical research, de- too, extension and application, preferential policy making and guidance on low-carbon consumption. These measures have important practical significance and strategic significance to 10w-carbon agricul- ture development in the future.
