摘要
梳理了国内外组织冗余问题研究的相关文献,特别是对最新的研究成果进行了总结,从组织冗余的概念、组织冗余分类和研究方向等几个方面进行归纳,在此基础上,提出了未来的研究趋势,即结合具体的经营管理情境探讨组织冗余作用。
This thesis reviews the researches on organizational slack, especially summarizes the new studies. It divides the present studies into three parts: the concept, the types and the study direction of organizational slack. Based on this, it suggests the future development trend of or- ganizational slack, which is analyzing the function of organizational slack in the enterprise management situation.
