组织冗余研究脉络及其发展趋势评述

Review on the Study Vein and Progress of Organizational Slack

梳理了国内外组织冗余问题研究的相关文献,特别是对最新的研究成果进行了总结,从组织冗余的概念、组织冗余分类和研究方向等几个方面进行归纳,在此基础上,提出了未来的研究趋势,即结合具体的经营管理情境探讨组织冗余作用。

This thesis reviews the researches on organizational slack, especially summarizes the new studies. It divides the present studies into three parts： the concept, the types and the study direction of organizational slack. Based on this, it suggests the future development trend of or- ganizational slack, which is analyzing the function of organizational slack in the enterprise management situation.
