The Cities of Wanjiang Region is a National demonstration area, radiated the whole Anhui province and links with the the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone. It＇s the engine of promoting the economic growth in the Middle part of China. Besides the scientific and technological human resource is the power of promoting the development in the cities of Wanjiang region rapidly. Through analyzing the present quantity, density, structure and quality situation of scientific and technological human resource in the cities of Wanjiang region to find its advantage and problem, by comprising with other economic regions in china.
