摘要
由于工业生产环境中诸多因素的影响,数控磨床在工作运行时会受到电磁等内外在因素的干扰,导致执行错误的动作,严重时会使整个系统失去控制。为了提高生产的安全性和可靠性,保证系统控制的精确性,需要对PLC控制系统采取抗干扰措施和设计故障自诊断系统来消除因干扰而出现的种种故障,保障设备系统的正常、安全运行。
With the industrial production environment the influence of various factors,nc grinder in the working by external factors such as when electromagnetic interference,lead to perform error action,serious,make the whole system out of control.In order to improve the safety and reliability of the production,to ensure the accuracy of the control system,PLC control system needs to take anti-jamming measures and design fault diagnosis system for the interference and appear to eliminate all kinds of fault,safeguard the normal,the equipment system security.
