实践导向管理研究评价的基本问题探讨——兼论由“出路与展望:直面中国管理实践”引发的学术争鸣

Fundamental Problems of Practice Oriented Evaluation of Management Research Based on the Argument of “The Forecast : Facing the Chinese Management Practice”

对《出路与展望》一文引起的学术争鸣进行评论,探讨实践导向管理研究评价的基本问题。实践导向管理研究包括发现管理新知的科学基础研究和解决问题的实践应用研究2个基本范畴,其主要特点应当是实践的指向性、过程的科学性、结果的实效性和成果的创新性。2种实践导向管理研究的评价目标定位虽然存在一定差异,但均可以通过形式评价、内容评价和效用评价的不同指标及其权重设置进行合理评价。当然,要规范这类研究的评价还要做好对评价主体的遴选、监督和激励的评价主体管理。

Practice oriented management research includes the science basis of finding management knowledge and the practical application study solving management problems and its main characteris- tics should be practical directionality, scientific process, effectiveness results and innovative achieve- ments. Although there exists some difference between the two practice oriented management research in evaluation objectives, they could be evaluated reasonably through form evaluation, content evalua- tion and utility evaluation if different evaluation indexes and evaluation weights are set. Of course it is quite important that evaluation experts should be selected, supervised and motivated.
