摘要
从健康博落回植株中分离内生真菌,用PDA培养基分离纯化菌株,结果纯化得到19株内生真菌,用琼脂块法对获取的菌株进行抗菌活性筛选,其中有2株博落回内生真菌对指示菌株有抑菌作用,占总分离菌株的10.53%,其中有一株内生真菌具有较强的抑菌活性。
Nineteen endophytic fungal strains were isolated from the healthy Macleaya cordata by flat-panel separation.Agar block method was used to obtain the strain for antimicrobial activity screening.The results showed that two endophytic fungi（10.53% of the total strains isolated）had inhibitory activities to the test strains,and a strong inhibitory activity of endophytic fungus was also be found.
