抑制学生随意评教的方法研究

Research on the Methods of Suppressing Students' Casual Evaluation on Teachers' Teaching

学生评教虽然可以有效地衡量高校教学质量,但是必须在保证评教体系的可信度的前提下,抑制掉学生评价的随意评教数据,才能提高测评数据的有效性,否则学生评教将毫无意义。在分析历史测评数据的基础上,重点研究了学生随意评教数据的特点及其抑制的方法。

Students＇ evaluation on teachers＇ teaching can effectively measure the teaching quality in colleges and universities on condition that the reliability of teaching evaluation system must be guaranteed.Restraining students＇ casual evaluation will imporve the effectiveness of the evaluation data and prevent the students＇ evaluation on teachers＇ teaching from becoming meaningless.Based on the analysis of historical evaluation data,this article focused on the characteristics of students＇ evaluation data and put forward the methods of suppressing students＇ casual evaluation on teachers＇ teaching.
