The Analysis of Peer Counseling for College Students

大学生朋辈辅导是高校心理健康教育工作的一种新形式,也是高校心理咨询工作的有益补充。概述了朋辈辅导的起源和当前我国高校朋辈辅导的实施与研究情况,比较了朋辈辅导与专业心理咨询的异同,分析了大学生朋辈辅导的优势与局限的同时,最后提出了两点展望。

Peer counseling for college students is one of the novel form for college mental health education,and it is also a useful complement to counseling in colleges.This paper describes the origin of peer counseling and the situation of implementation and the study of peer counseling in colleges,analyzes the similarities and differences between peer counseling and professional counseling,points out the advantages and limitations of peer counseling for college students,and finally proposes two prospects.
