摘要
胆碱能抗炎通路是新近发现的一种神经-免疫调节通路,其潜在的药物作用靶点是α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor,α7nAChR)。近年来大量的研究证明特异性激动α7nAChR能够有效减少促炎细胞因子的释放。本文综述了α7nAChR在炎性疾病发生发展中的作用,拟为炎性疾病的治疗提供新的理论和思路。
The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway(CAP) is a new neurophysiologic mechanism regulating the immune system,with alpha7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor(α7nAChR) being its potential pharmacological target.Cumulative studies have demonstrated that activation of α7nAChR can inhibit inflammation through modulating pro-inflammatory cytokines.The role of α7nAChR has been confirmed in a series of inflammatory diseases.This review is aimed to provide new insights for using α7nAChR against inflammatory diseases.
