摘要
进行了利用Na_2AlO_4溶液制备高效聚合氯化铝及其水处理特性的试验研究,分析了氧化铝浓度及碱基度对聚合氯化铝中铝聚合形态组成的影响,以及总铝浓度、合成条件对碱基度、铝态分布及其水处理混凝效果的影响。试验表明,采用氧化铝厂的Na_2AlO_4溶液完全可以制备性能优异的聚合氯化铝产品。
The preparation of high efficient polyaluminum chloride by Na2A1O4 solution and its water treatment characteristics under laboratory conditions were studied, the infact of alumina concentration and basicity B on composition and shape of aluminum polymerization in polyaluminum chloride were analyzed, and the influence of different total aluminum concentrations, synthesis conditions on basicity, aluminum-states distribution and coagulation effect of water treatment were contrasted. The test results showed that the polyaluminum chloride products with good performance could be prepared by Na2A10~ solution from alumina factory.
