气囊导管牵引压迫止血联合血管内栓塞救治颅底骨折伴鼻腔大出血 被引量：1

摘要 前颅底骨折引发致命性鼻腔大出血，伤情紧急凶险，死亡率很高，在临床上并不少见。笔者收集2007年6月-2011年6月我科收治的此类患者20例，采用双鼻腔气囊导管牵引压迫止血联合血管内栓塞治疗，效果良好。现报告如下。
