降钙素基因相关肽在骨创伤愈合中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,关于神经肽在骨创伤愈合中作用的研究日渐增多,神经纤维末梢通过释放多种神经递质分子如降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningene—relatedpep·tide,CGRP)、P物质(substanceP,SP)等发挥作用。其中CGRP在骨组织中分布最为广泛,因此备受关注。CGRP是神经肽家族的一员,主要由感觉神经合成和分泌,具有多种生理功能。研究证明,CGRP在骨组织正常代谢及骨创伤愈合过程中发挥着重要作用。笔者重点对骨组织中CGRP的生物学特性、分布及其在骨创伤愈合中作用的研究进展进行综述。
