摘要
针对某公司PVA生产废水,本设计在原处理系统(厌氧-活性污泥工艺,A/O)的推流式活性污泥池前部增加部分填料,形成厌氧和好氧接触氧化与推流式活性污泥二级氧化工艺,即厌氧-接触氧化-活性污泥工艺(A/O/O).运行实践表明,该处理工艺出水COD、TP去除率可达90%以上,且投资少、运行成本低、操作方便、日常维护简单,值得在同行业中推广使用.
A combination of an-aeration, contact oxidation and activated sludge method ( A/O/O), which su- peradded some padding in the plug-flow activated sludge tank of the old system to form two - stage oxidation, was applied for the treatment of PVA production wastewater of a certain company. The results show that the removal efficiency of COD and TP reached over 90%. During several years' operation, the project was found easily main- tained with low investment and operation cost, which made it promising in the similar industries.
