摘要
党务干部是新时期科研院所党建工作的规划者、组织者、开拓者,其素质高低直接影响到科研院所党的建设,针对中国热带农业科学院党务干部管理工作存在的问题,提出重视党务工作、创新党务工作方法、明确党务工作职责等工作措施。
Party management staff is the planner, organizer and exploiter of Party development work in scientific research institutions at new ages, whose ability directly affects the level of Party development work. Facing to the existing problems of Party management in CATAS, this thesis affords five measures to improve Party management, such as emphasizing on Party management work, innovating work method, specifying responsibility and so on.
