介入疗法联合小剂量尿激酶治疗下肢静脉血栓的疗效观察

Efficaey of Vein Thrombosis of the Lower Extremity Treated with Interventional Treatment and Low Dose Urokinase

目的观察介入疗法植入下腔静脉滤器后联合小剂量尿激酶治疗下肢静脉血栓的效果和临床应用。方法对60例下肢静脉血栓患者先植入下腔静脉滤器,术后配合小剂量尿激酶溶栓及抗凝等综合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 60例下肢静脉血栓患者经综合治疗后,56例显效,4例遗留活动后轻度下肢肿胀,无复发,总有效率为100%。结论介入疗法联合小剂量尿激酶溶栓及抗凝治疗下肢静脉血栓疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observation of the interventionalists implanted in the inferior vena cava filter in combination with low dose urokinase treatment of vein thrombosis of the lower extremity and clinical applications. Methods 60 eases suffer-ing from vein thrombosis who first implanted inferior vena cava filter, patients with small doses of intravenous thromboiytic and an- ticoagulant treatment, observation of clinical effect. Results After comprehensive treatment, 60 cases of vein thrombosis the lower extremity, 56 cases markedly effective, mild leg swelling in four cases of legacy activities, efficiency rate was 100%. Conclusion The efficacy of interventional therapy combined with low dose intravenous thrombolytic and anticoagulant treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis. It is worthy of clinical application.
