Through analysis and treatment of abnormal vibrations in a diesel locomotive,the successful application of a vibration diagnosis and monitoring technique in trouble analyzing of complicated driving system in diesel locomotive was presented,indicating that this technique can be widely applied in state monitoring and trouble diagnosis of similar locomotives.
