试论民主党派对共产党的监督

On Supervision of the Communist Party of China by the Democratic Parties

作为参政党的各民主党派 ,民主监督是其最主要、最基本的职能之一。调动各民主党派参政议政的积极性 ,发挥各民主党派对共产党的监督作用 ,是中国共产党领导下的多党合作与政治协商制度的具体体现。本文分析了各民主党派对共产党进行监督的内容、形式、意义及通过几十年的努力取得的成效 ,同时对各民主党派开展监督工作中尚存在的问题及其对策进行重点论述 ,提出应在实践中不断总结升华民主党派对共产党进行监督的工作经验 ,加大工作力度 ,进一步发挥各民主党派的参政党职能 。

As an administrative party,the democratic supervision is one of the most important and fundamental function in all the democratic parties concerned.The manifestations of the system of multi-party cooperation under the CPC and political consultation are to motivate the democratic party to participate actively in political administration on one hand,and to make the most of the democratic supervision on the other.This essay illustrates the contents,forms and significance of democratic parties' supervision upon CPC and the major achievements through decades of efforts.Beside,it discusses the existing problems in the supervision and the measures to be taken accordingly;it emphasizes that the supervision experience must be summarised and even greater importance be attached to it so that the administrative parties’ functions will be brought into full play for the progress of socialism.
