摘要 本文是将CDIO工程教育模式运用到工程院校太极拳教学中的理论和新的经验总结。在教学实践中,充分体现"做中学"、"基于项目教育和学习"的理念,不仅使学生轻松准确掌握了太极拳技术动作及其实战用法,更为关键的是能够准确的理解吸收拳法理论,同时增强了自学能力、团队协作和沟通的能力,而且又激发了学生练习太极拳的兴趣,为学生长期坚持太极拳练习打下坚实基础。 This paper tends to summarize the theory and experience of the application of CDIO engineering educa- tion mode in college Taijiquan teaching. In the teaching practice, this mode can fully embody the ideas of "lear - ning in practice" and "based on project education and learning". It can make students easily and accurately mas- ter the technical movement and actual combat of Taijiquan. More importantly, it can make students understand better boxing theories; enhance their ability of self- learning, team cooperation and communication. Meanwhile, it can also stimulate their interests in the practice of Taijiquan, and then lay a solid foundation for their insistence of long term practice.
