摘要
通过对江苏财经职业技术学院2009级会计系、机电系172名学生进行为期3个月的拓展训练,并对其进行锻炼前后心理健康部分评价指标的心理学测试。结果表明拓展训练对改善大学生的心理健康水平的确具有良好的效果。
172 students from the department of financial accounting and electrical in Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College are made three month outward training, and their mental health evaluation index is tested before and after exercise. The result shows that the outward training has good effect on improving college students' mental health.
