摘要
在实践性智力理论视角下,成人培训的重要目标指向是提高成人学习者的实践性智力,而实践性智力即解决实践性问题的能力需要在实践性问题的解决中培养。因此,成人培训要依据现实情境创设实践性问题,或从现实情境中筛选实践性问题,并设计有效的问题解决过程,甚至可将某些培训内容"嵌入"成人学习者的工作岗位,让学习者在自己的工作实践中提高解决实践性问题的能力。
On the theory of practical intelligence, the purpose of adult learning direct to promote learner' s practical intelligence. And practical intelligence, means resolve practical problem, need to cultivate in practical problem resolving. On the way, we should design or sift practical problems from present and also design the resolving process. Even to plug some training program into learner's job and improve their ability to resolve problem by themselves.
