Taking Fujian United Petrochemical Co. as an example, we analyzed management characteristics in joint venture enterprise in terms of honesty, oriented by human, high efficient practice, authorized direction, internal supervision and control, culture mixture, probed into inspiration of improvement of management in Petrochemical enterprise.
