Review on the Sustainable Development of Pastoral Areas

牧区草场是自然资源宝库,实现生态平衡的屏障,也是牧区牧民生活的依靠。中国是草场资源丰富的国家,也是草场退化严重的国家。牧区可持续发展关系到国家生态安全,民族地区社会和谐与稳定以及地区经济发展。通过对国内外牧区可持续发展理论进行梳理与归纳,指出当前研究的主要领域与未来发展趋势。

Pastoral grassland is the treasure house of natural resources,the safeguard for the realization of ecological balance and the source of life for herders in pastoral areas.China is a country with rich grassland,but its grassland is degrading seriously.The sustainable development of pastoral areas can affect the national ecological safety,the harmony and stability of minority areas and regional economic development.By reviewing and summarizing theories about the sustainable development of pastoral areas both at home and abroad,the paper points out the present research focuses and the future development.
