On Propelling Internationalization Process in Nationalities Universities——A case study of Dalian Nationalities University

随着经济全球化的推进,高等教育国际化成为趋势。为进一步加快民族院校的国际化办学进程,应采取继续深化国际化办学理念;不断提高师资队伍国际化水平;构筑适合民族院校实际情况的国际化人才培养平台;广泛建立与国内外大学的合作与交流;促进与跨国企业实践方面的深层次合作,为民族地区培养急需的国际化人才。

With the deepening process of economic globalization,internationalization in higher education has become an inevitable trend.In order to expedite internationalization process in nationalities universities,we should take the following measures： reinforce internationalization ideology,promote internationalization among faculties,establish nurturing platform for internationalized talents which is adaptable to nationalities universities,expand cooperation and communication with overseas universities,advance cooperation with multinational corporations,and foster internationalized talents who are greatly needed in minority regions.
