摘要
在文献[1]给出的运输问题"悖论"充要条件定理基础上,结合最小调整法,给出利用"悖论"存在,实现增加运量而使得总运费不增的经济调整方案,并给出具体实施步骤和途径,用实例加以验证,对带有"悖论"现象的运输问题最优方案的调整具有重要的实际意义。
This paper combines the least adjustment method, gives the economic adjusted program which makes the maximum of traffic not increase the total cost when ＂paradox＂ exists based on the theorem of necessary and sufficient conditions of transportation problem ＂paradox＂ in literature[ 1 ], and obtains the specific implementation steps and ways by the verification of an example. It is of important practical significance for the adjustment of the optimal program with the ＂paradox＂ phenomenon.
