GAP-43的研究进展及其与周围神经再生的关系 被引量:12

摘要 生长相关蛋白43(growth associated protein43,GAP-43)是一种胞膜磷酸蛋白,与神经发育、突触形成和可塑性,特别是与神经再生密切相关。周围神经损伤后,其含量可增加20~100倍。因其是神经元生长发育的标志性蛋白质,并在神经损伤后修复及再生过程中作用关键,对其研究日渐增加,本文就GAP-43的研究进展及其与周围神经再生的关系作一综述。
