摘要
由于职业教育的特殊性,教师的教学水平与教学效果难以评价,教学质量往往受教师的情绪所左右,然而许多看似合理的评价体系、竞争平台常隐含着不公正、不公平的因素,挫伤着教师积极性,影响着教育教学质量,同时隐藏着不安定的因素。破解评价难题,消除不公正因素,引入有效的竞争机制是保证职业教育健康持续发展的需要。
As the special nature of vocational education, the education level and teaching effectiveness is difficult to evaluate, teaching quality is often swayed by the mood of teachers, but many seemingly rational evaluation system, often implies competition platform unjust, unfair factors dampen the enthusiasm of teachers, impact on education quality, while hidden unstable factors. Crack evaluation problems, eliminate unjust factors, the introduction of effective competition is to ensure sustained and healthy development of vocational education needs.
