The design principle of the nesting popup menu in Authorware is introduced in this paper. The process of fabrication for the six stages nesting popup menu in Authorware were described in detail. Authorware is limited in the interactive request of acceptable users, so it can not realize special function. The personalized menu in Authorware can be made and concepts and other objects in muhimedia courseware through various formsand multiple levels can be described and elaborated by the method with characteristics of the interaction icon based on layer.
