韩国法圣浦端午节的政府保护与民间参与——兼与中国传统节日进行比较

GOVERNMENT PROTECTION AND PRIVATE PARTICIPATION OF KOREAN BUPSUNGPO DANOJE FESTIVAL——Comparison with Chinese Traditional Festival

韩国南部法圣浦端午节与北部江陵的端午节不同,有着自己独特的活动内容和特色。在江陵端午已经申报为世界级非物质文化遗产项目之后,法圣浦端午节的举行仍然保持不减的热情。论文通过这个案例,从传统节日活动举行的政府行为和民间参与角度,探讨韩国法圣浦端午祭的保护经验及其对中国节日保护的启示:政府的有效组织和管理是传统文化得以保护与传承的制度保障,民间团体和民众的自主参与是传统文化得以保护与传承的重要保障,民俗学者的参与,是传统文化得以保护与传承的智力保障。

This paper states that Different from northern Gangneung Danoje,southwest Bupsungpo Danoje has its own unique activities and features.Although Gangneung Danoje has already declared as intangible cultural heritage of world-class project,Bupsungpo Danoje still remains unabated enthusiasm.From the perspective of the traditional festivals held in the government action and civil participation,this paper is to explore the protection experience of Korea southwest Bupsungpo Danoje and the inspiration for the protection of Chinese traditional festivals through this case.This inspiration includes that effective organization and management of the government is the system of protection of traditional culture and to protect heritage,independent non-governmental organizations and the public participation is important to protect traditional culture and to protect heritage,folklorists participate is intellectual guarantee of protection and inheritance of traditional culture.
