分段双重挂线术治疗37例远位型高位肛瘘的疗效

Appling Segmented Double Thread-Hung Operation to Treat 37 Cases of Distant Type High Anal Fistula

目的:探讨分段双重挂线术治疗远位型高位肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:采用分段双重挂线术治疗远位型高位肛瘘37例。结果:37例远位型肛瘘,均一次性治愈,治愈率100%;疗程21～29d,平均(22±3)d。术后随访1年,37例均无复发,肛周皮肤形态良好,肛门功能正常,未出现肛门变形、肛门控便功能障碍等并发症。结论:采用分段双重挂线术治疗远位型高位肛瘘,临床疗效满意,愈合时间短,同时其可以尽可能地保留肛门的正常形态及生理功能,是符合微创理念的有效术式。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of segmented double thread-hung operation in the treatment on distant type high anal fistula. Methods：37 cases of distant type high anal fistulaunderwent segmented double thread-hung operation have been retrospectively studied. Results： All of the 37 cases have been cured after operation, and the cure rate was 100%. The treatment course ranged from 21 to 29 days, with an average of 22 ＋ 3 days. All patients have been followed up for 1 yeaand no one had recurrence. In every case, perianal skin was in good shape, and anal function was normal. Conclusion： Segmented double thread-hung operation have good efficacy in treating distant high anal fistula. This method has less impact onthe normal mor- phology and physiological function of the anus.
