隐蔽性小切口切除乳房良性肿块的疗效分析

Breast Benign Tumor Excision Performed with Small and Concealed Incision

目的:观察采用隐蔽性小切口切除乳房良性肿块的美容效果。方法:回顾分析2007年3月—2010年2月收治的103例因乳房不同部位良性肿块而行隐蔽小切口切除术的患者的临床资料。结果:肿块切除率为100%,出现切口并发症5例(4.9%),包括积液4例(3.9%),感染1例(1.0%);总满意率为94.2%(97/103)。结论:隐蔽性小切口切除乳房良性肿块切除率高,并发症发生率低,美容效果满意率高。

Objective：To investigate the aesthetic effect of the small and concealed incision in breast benign tumor excision. Metbods：A total of 103 cases of benign breast tumor undergoing operation have been enrolled in this study. According to the lo- cation of breast tumors, different incision and methods were used. Results： All tumors have been resected. Incision complica- tions occured in five cases （4.9%） ,including four cases （3.9%） of seroma and one case （1.0%） of infection. The satisfaction rate was 94.2% （97/103）. Conclusions： The resection rate of breast benign tumors with small and concealed incision is high . The complication rate is low and the satisfaction rate is high.
