依那普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的社区随访观察

Community follow-up observation of enalapril combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets in treating primary hypertension

目的探讨社区随访观察依那普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将72例原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用依那普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,其中依那普利5 mg/d,1次口服,硝苯地平缓释片10 mg/d,1次口服。对照组单用依那普利5 mg/d,1次口服。8周后,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组降压效果明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合硝苯地平缓释片较单独使用依那普利治疗原发性高血压病疗效更为确切。

Objective To investigate the community follow-up observation of the effectiveness of enalapril combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets in treating primary hypertension. Methods 72 cases of primary hypertension were random- ly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given oral enalapril 5 mg, once daily, combined with oral Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets 10 mg,once daily,and the control group was given oral enalapril 5 rag,once daily. The effects after 8- week treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of the treament group was obviously superior to that of the control group. Conclusion Enalapril combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets is more effective than single enalapril in treating primary hypertension.
