护士群体自我效能及疲劳与竞争态度的相关性 被引量:8

Correlation between serf-efficacy, fatigue and competitive attitude among nurses

摘要 目的研究护士群体竞争态度,分析自我效能及疲劳与竞争态度的相关性。方法使用一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、疲劳量表(FS-14)、竞争态度量表(CAS-C)对福州市某三甲医院796名护士进行调查,探讨护士群体的竞争性及其影响因素,及其与自我效能及疲劳的相关性。结果762名护士自我效能感平均为(2.47±0.54)分与国内常模(2.86±0.52)分相比,差异有统计学意义(t=-11.96,P〈0.01)。自我效能与良性竞争呈正相关(r=-0.231,P〈0.01);自我效能与过度竞争未发现相关性(r=0.037,P〉0.01);躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳与良性竞争呈负相关(r分别为-0.231,-0.149;P〈0.01);躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳与过度竞争呈正相关(r分别为0.212,0.164;P〈0.01)。经多元逐步回归得到方程模型:Y良性竞争=17.892+8.285自我效能-0.896躯体疲劳+0.337过度竞争。Y过度竞争=17.597+0.136良性竞争+0.635躯体疲劳+2.008自我效能。结论自我效能及疲劳与竞争态度有相关性,建议进行合理干预提高自我效能,降低疲劳程度,完善竞争系统的构建,增强良性竞争,减少过度竞争。 Objective To study the competitive attitude of nurses and analyse the correlation between self-efficacy, fatigue and competitive attitude. Methods Totals of 762 nurses in one Grade A hospital were investigated with the general information questionnaire, General Self-Efficacy Scale ( GSES), Fatigue Scale ( FS14), and competitive attitude scale. The competition of nurses and its influencing factors, and its correlation with self-efficacy, fatigue were explored. Results The average score of self-efficacy of nurses was ( 2.47± 0.54), and that of the norm was (2.86 ± 0.52), the difference was statistically significant ( t = - 11.96, P 〈 0.01 ). Self-efficacy was positively correlated with benign competition( r = -0. 231 ,P 〈0.01 ) and there was no significantly correlation with the over-competition ( r = 0. 037, P 〉 0.01 ). Body fatigue and mental fatigue was negatively correlated with the benign competition ( r = - 0.231, - 0. 149, respectively; P 〈 0.01 ) and positively correlated with the over-competition ( r = 0. 212,0. 164, respectively ; P 〈 0.01 ). Equation model via multiple regression was that:Ybenign competition = 17. 892 + 8. 285 self-efficacy-0. 896body fatigue + 0. 337 excessive competition;Yexcessive competition = 17. 597 +0. 136 benign competition +0. 635 body fatigue + 2. 008 self- efficacy. Conclusions There is a correlation between self-efficacy, fatigue and competitive attitude, and the reasonable suggestions for improving intervention self-efficacy, reducing fatigue, perfecting competition system construction, enhancing benign competition and reducing excessive competition should be implemented.
