对冬令膏方服用者进行电话随访的效果 被引量:2

Effect of the telephone follow-up on the patients with mastic herbs

摘要 目的对服用冬令膏方患者进行电话随访,进一步完善健康教育,提高服务质量和膏方的进补效果。方法对冬令膏方服用者1561例进行电话随访,包括服用及保存方法是否正确,询问膏方服用后是否出现任何不适的反应;针对患者存在的问题和需求进行详细的指导、解答、帮助;若护士不能解答患者的问题,则询问开膏方医生后再进行电话回复。结果第1次随访患者对于冬令膏方的保存方法知晓率为40%,第2次随访为80%,差异有统计学意义(X2=244.52,P〈0.05);第一次随访患者对服用膏方时的饮食知识知晓率情况为48%,第二次为79%,差异有统计学意义(x2=151.35,P〈0.05);第一次随访患者对服用时间知晓率为47%,第二次为83%,差异有统计学意义(x2=207.82,P〈0.05);第一次随访患者对剂量知晓率为50%,第二次为90%,差异有统计学意义(x2=279.39,P〈0.05)。结论电话随访经济、快捷,易于实施,是医疗护理模式转变的一种体现,为患者和医院架起了一座联系的桥梁,提高了医院的经济效益和社会效益,在提高患者冬令膏方进补服用方法、保存等方面知晓率更起到了重要作用。 Objective To further improve the health education so as to improve the service quality and effect of the mastic herbs. Methods Totals of 1561 patients with mastic herb-s were telephone followed-up, included whether the methods of taking and preserve was right, the incidence of the unpleasant reaction, given the detailed guidance according to the existing problems and the patients' needs, the unanswered questions would be called in second time to give answer. Results Among the patients, the preserving methods knowing rate of the first time followed up was 40% and 80% of the second time, the diet knowledge knowing rate of the first time followed up was 48% and 79% of the second time, the taking time knowing rate of the first time followed up was 47% and 83% of the second time ,the dose knowing rate of the first time followed up was 50% and 90% of the second time, and the difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 244. 52, 151. 35,207. 82, 279. 39, respectively;P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Telephone follow-up is an economic, rapid, ease of implementation method, and it can improve the economic benefit and social benefit, and paly an important role in improving the using method and preserving method of mastic herbs.
