摘要
阐述了VM800热真空试验设备的整体设计过程,介绍了一种新的热真空试验设备的高温和低温的实现方式和循环流程,并成功地在实际生产过程中得到了应用。试验设备的最终测试结果证明了整体设计的合理性。
The integrated design progress of model VM800 thermal vacuum facility was described. A new actualizing means of high/low temperature and its circulation were introduced. The thermal vacuum facility has been applied successfully in actual research and production. The test results proved the rationality of the integrated design of the facility.
