Ushinski was knowledgeable and progressive educationist in Russia in the 19th century. He is named ＂teachers＇ teacher＂. He is the founder of Russian cilivians＇ schools and educational science. The thesis deals with Ushinski＇s famous educational thought based on national characteristics and the teaching thought based on psychology. This educational thought enriches and develops educational science, which has an important position in the development of educational science in the world. Up to now, it still has practical significance to the development of education for all the countries in the world.
