面对21世纪电大现代远程教育的思考

现代远程开放教育,是适应当今社会、经济发展,将中国庞大的人口负担转变为人才资源优势,提高整个中华民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质的最好办法,是振兴中国教育的主要措施之一。广播电视大学是远程开放教育的主力军。要进一步解放思想,转变观念,加快教学內容和课程体系的改革;加强计算机多媒体网络建设,提高电大远程教育技术的现代化水平;建立完善的学习支持服务系;建设一支适应现代远程开放教育的教师队伍;与普通高校、成人高校联合办学,实现教学资源共享,共同构建中国现代远程开放教育体系。

Modem distance education adapts to the development of present society and e-conomy and solves the problems of Chinese large population into the preponderance of personnel resources. It is the best way to raise the ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities of Chinese people,and one of the important methods to vitalizing China education. RTVU is the main forces in open distance education and needs to emancipate the mind,transform the idea and accelerate the reform of teaching contents and course systems. RTVU should strengthen the construction of multi-media computer network, improve the level of modern educational technique, build up the well-equipped learning support service systems and train a army of qualified teachers for modern and open distance learning. RTVU should also cooperate with other institutions of higher education and adult education and share teaching resources,constructing the systems of Chinese modem and open distance education together.
