摘要
在电大普通班学生素质教育方面进行有效的探索与实践,提出了在教学、管理的各个环节,长期不懈抓素质的培养与提高的一整套办法,注重训练学生的自觉意识和自律能力及行为养成。
On the basis of the effective practice and exploration in the quality education of RTVU full-time students,the paper provides a complete set of methods of training and improving the quality education of students in the process of teaching and mmanagement in the long term and lays stress on training the self-consciousness,self-discipline ability and behavior nurture of RTVU students.
