云南旅游资源的开发和利用与可持续发展问题的思考

On the Exploifaton and Susfniaable Development of the Tourism Industry of Yunnan Province

本文通过对云南旅游资源开发和利用中存在问题的分析,提出云南旅游资源的开发和利用要走出粗放经营的状态,应采取有效措施,制定相关政策法规,加强对旅游资源的保护,既要充分利用现有的旅游资源,加强深层次开发,增加旅游商品的附加值,又要强化超前开发意识,注重旅游资源开发和利用在区域分布上的合理性,这是生态可持续、经济可持续和社会可持续发展对旅游业发展提出的要求,只有这样才能保证云南旅游业发展的持续繁荣。

By analyzing the problems that exist in the development and utilizaton of the tourism resources of Yannan provinct, this article proposes that the extensive developnent and exploitation of the tourism resources of Yunnan province should be changed. To make the change,effective measures should be adopted, relative regulations and policies should be made, and protection of tourism resources should be reinforced so that not only the exisfing tourism resources are made full use of; dcvelopmenf ot deeper levels is strengthened; the 'added value of tourism goods is increased, but also the advanced ideas that more atlention shonld be paid to the reasonabl territory distribution of development of tourism resources are reinforced This change has to be made becaust it is the requirement of the sustainable de-veopment of ecology, economy and socie ty. Only by making the change, can the tourism industry of Yunnan province achieve a sustainable prosper.
