The Formation and Development of Continuing Education Mode of Primary and Middle-School Teachers in Weifang

本文通过对潍坊市中小学教师继续教育工作的回顾，总结了适合本地教育现状的初中新教师培训、初中骨干教师培训、中小学教师计算机全员培训的模式，并对实施过程进行分析，从多个方面谈继续教育培训的体会，提出了培训中的问题，同时对改进的方法进行探讨。

This article summarizes the modes of training for new teachers and backbone teachers in junior middle schools,and that of computer training for the whole teachers in both primary and middle schools,which are fit for the present situation of the local education. The article analyzes the course of the training with the presentation of the experience and discusses the measures of improvement as well.
