摘要
基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是一种蛋白分解酶家族,其家族成员包括MMP-1~26,分布于骨基质中。大量研究表明基质金属蛋白酶参与骨的重塑和构建且表达骨吸收活性,其中MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13等对原发性骨质疏松发病机制的影响已被证实。为更加了解MMP对原发性骨质疏松及骨质疏松骨折发病机制的影响,本文就国际和国内近年对MMP的研究结果做一综述。
Tremendous experiments and studies have shown that matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) partieiates in the process of bone remodeling and construction. Matrix metalloproteinase is associated with bone resorption activity, mainly distributed in bone matrix. It has large family ranging from MMP-1 to MMP-26. From the previous research, MMP-2, -9, -13 have been identified to have an effect on pathogenesis of primary osteoporosis. Based on the basic knowledge about MMP family from research, we understand it deeply. Therefore, in present study, we reviewed the effects of MMP on pathogenesis of primay osteoporosis and osteoporosis fracture.
