Theoretical Calculation for Hand-Force Characteristic Curves of Turning Valve Type of Power Steering Gear

通过转向手力特性曲线分析得到转向最大力矩、工作最高油压、背压、左右转向的对称度等数据。得到计算结果与实际检验结果作对比,两者非常接近,为后续设计提供借鉴。

By analyzing the hand-force of characteristic curves of steering gear, the data of Max. Torque at steering, highest hydraulic pressure in operation, backup pressure and symmetric degree at right-left turning were obtained. The acquired calculation results were com- pared with that from actual tests, and very closed of both of them. References are provided for the design in following.
