经腹直视下输卵管复通术88例分析

The Analysis of Salpingostomy for 88 Cases by Abdomen under Direct Vision

目的:探讨农村地区育齡妇女绝育术后再生育对象进行输卵管复通术的方法,分析可能影响手术成功的绝育术年限及子宫、卵巢、输卵管等身体相关因素,评价术后复通率和再孕率。方法:采用眼科器械,在连硬外麻醉或全麻下,经腹直视下进行输卵管复通术88例。结果:通过随访和省人口全员信息系统查询,复通率100.0%,复孕率94.3%。结论:肉眼直视下经腹输卵管复通术可以达到较高的复孕率,且成本低,适宜在县级计划生育服务站推广应用。

Objective ：Based on the analysis of recanalization rate and secondary pregnancy rate, the salpingostomy of reproductive women enduring female sterilization is evaluated.Meanwhile, other factors influencing the operation are analyzed, such as sterilization years and body state including uterus, ovaries, oviducts and so on.Methods ：Ophthalmological instrument was used to complete salpingostomy, and then 88 cases were operated by abdomen under direct vision.Results ：Follow-up visit and the popular information system of Anhui provice were utilized to search the data of the recanalization rate of those women and the pregnant rate.The result showed that two indexes were 100.0% and 94.3% respectively.Conclusion ：The salpingostomy by abdomen is beneficial to the improvement of pregnant rate and the reduction of operative cost.Therefore, the technique can be extended and applied in those grassroots organ for family planning.
