Clinical Classification and Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:总结不同部位异位妊娠临床特点,减少妊娠破裂出血及误诊率,提高诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析临床1301例异位妊娠诊治资料。结果:误诊30例(2.31%);输卵管妊娠1252例(96.2%),特殊部位异位妊娠49例;治疗后死亡1例,其余患者均治愈出院,随诊hCG渐降至正常。结论:对异位妊娠患者应进行详细全面的检查,明确部位,综合年龄、生育要求、hCG值等因素选择最佳治疗方案。

Objective ：To summarize the different clinical features of ectopic pregnancy, reduce misdiagnosis of ruptured and pregnancy rates and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods ：To retrospective analysis the clinical data of diagnosis and treatment of 1301 cases for ectopic pregnancy. Results ：The misdiagnosis was 30 cases（2.31%） ; 1252 cases of tubal pregnancy, 48 cases of special ectopic pregnancy ; 1 cases died, the others cured and hCG failed to normal levels.Conclusion ：In patients with ectopic pregnancy should be a more comprehensive inspection, clear parts, general age, growth requirements, hCG values and other factors to select the best treatment options.
