发达国家服务贸易壁垒对我国的影响及对策分析

On the Influences and Countermeasures to the Service Trade Barriers from Developed Countries

20世纪90年代以来,国际服务贸易迅猛发展,已成为各国经济竞争力的重要表现。随着经济全球化和贸易自由化进程的加快,各国纷纷加强发展本国的服务贸易,并开始关注服务贸易壁垒的影响。从我国当前服务贸易的现状分析了研究服务贸易壁垒的必要性和紧迫性。对发达国家服务贸易壁垒形成的主要原因、特点及分类做了实证分析,着重分析发达国家服务贸易壁垒对我国产生的影响。并在此基础上,论述了中国为顺利发展服务贸易所采取的对策及遵守的基本原则。

Since the 1990s, the international service trades have been quickly developing and have become an obvious sign of economic competition between countries. With the faster economic globalization and trade liberalization, all countries have stressed their own service trade and begun to keep an eye on the service trade barrier. According to the present situation of Chinese service trade, it is necessary and urgent to research the service trade barrier. The reasons, features and sorts of the service trade barrier from the developed countries have been illustrated and the influences on China from the barrier have also been discussed. Then the countermeasures and the basic principles abided have been put forward because they have realistic significance for the development of Chinese service trade since China have entered WTO for ten years.
