摘要
热塑性淀粉中的氢键对热塑性淀粉的性能有着决定性作用.利用红外光谱分析甘油、尿素和水塑化热塑性淀粉中增塑剂和淀粉间的氢键形成情况,发现在淀粉中,与增塑剂形成氢键的主要是C-O-C基团中的氧原子和C-O-H基团中的氢原子;过量的塑化剂之间会形成氢键.通过XRD分析表明,与甘油相比,尿素和水可以和淀粉形成更稳定的氢键.
The hydrogen bond plays an important role in the properties of thermoplastic starch. We analyzed the hydrogen bond interaction between plasticizer and starch in glycerol plasticized thermoplastic starch (GPTPS),urea plasticized thermoplastic starch (UPTPS) and water plasticized thermoplastic starch (WPTPS). Fourier transform infrared (Fr-IR) spectroscopy revealed that the oxygen of C--O--C group participated in the hydrogen bond with plasticizers, the hydrogen of C--O--H group in starch formed the hydrogen bond with plasticizers, and excessive plasticizers would form hydrogen bond within themselves. X-ray diffraction indicated that urea and water could form more stable hydrogen bond with starch than glycerol.
