摘要 目的了解不同含量的铜、锌、锡金属板(1号、2号、3号)对不同种细菌的抑制作用及比较。方法取1ml不同浓度菌悬液混入4ml 56℃营养琼脂液中,浇注到1~3号金属板和阳性对照中,浇注量为1ml/板,37℃孵育24~72h,观察细菌生长情况。结果紫铜和黄铜对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)、大肠埃希菌(ATCC25922)和临床分离菌株抑菌能力较好,均无细菌生长,青铜次之;紫铜对白假丝酵母菌有很好的抑菌作用,均无细菌生长,青铜和黄铜对白假丝酵母菌抑菌效果较差,3种金属板对铜绿假单胞菌抑菌效果均较差。结论不同含量的铜、锌、锡金属板因各自成分不同,对不同种细菌的抑制作用也各不相同,可为医疗消毒领域提供参考。 Objective To observe bacteriostatic effect of metal board with different concentrations of Cu2+ , Zn2+ and Sn2+ (corresponding to metal board 1, 2 and 3 respectively) . Methods Afler mixing 1 ml bacterial suspension with 4 ml agar solution (56℃) evenly and completely, then 1 ml mixture was poured into the tests and control metal board respectively. The boards were incubated at 37℃ for 24-72h. Results Metal board 1 and 3 showed higher antimicrobic properties for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Metal board 1 showed higher antimicrobic properties for Candida albicans. Metal board 1-3 showed low antimicrobic proper- ties for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion The metal boards with different concenlrations of Cu2+, Zn2+ and Sn2+ have different antimicrobic properties for different bacterium. It provided a reference for disinfection in medical field.
