摘要
血液生成是机体一种极其重要的生理过程,期间受细胞间和细胞内的各种信号机制精确调控,当这种调节一旦失控,就会造成血液肿瘤的产生。c-myc是血液生成调控中一个关键的转录因子,它不仅在造血细胞生成的各个阶段起调节作用,其表达异常与血液系统疾病的发生,特别是各类型的白血病均有十分密切的关系。本文就原癌基因c-myc的生物学特性、它在正常血细胞分化及在各类型白血病发生发展中的调控机制的研究现状作一综述。
Haematogenesis is a very important physiological process in the body, and is regulated by a number of transcription factors, c-myc is one of the most important transcription factors in hematopoiesis, c- myc deregulation is recurrently found in many types of human lymphoma and leukemia. This review will elabo- rate the biological characteristics of c-myc and the effects of c-myc in haematogenesis and leukemia progress.
