Modeling and Simulation of Three-roll Rolling Process

运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,以三辊轧管机为研究对象,建立三维有限元模型,进行了轧管过程的数值模拟。模拟结果显示了毛管轧制过程中应力的分布情况。

Three-roll process was simulated by three-dimensional finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the finite element model was established. The results of the simulation show the stress distribution of pierced shell in rolling process.
